I would like to start a precious metals delearship and sell silver coins and bars on eBay? Where do I start? Do I need a license? Where can I buy silver coins and bars at wholesale price so I could resale them and make some profits.

I would try the Silver and Gold Exchange. They are one of those mail-in buyers of gold and silver, but they will sell silver and gold bullion, coins, etc. They do not advertise this fact, I guess because the demand would probably outstrip supply if they did. I know they sell below retail because I buy from them from time to time. I have never found a better price anywhere else. Silver is marketed with a buy/ sell spread. Ie. the price you pay to buy it is much higher than the price you get for selling it. This spread would make it difficult for your business plan to succeed.
